because the water was too cold in the bay he taught the skill of handling sails on land This he did with threewheeled buggy and sails just scaled down the idea It took me two years to perfect it Since then the windbuggy is most popular at Eastview As one girl breathlessly put it as she gave up the buggy to the next in line its fantastic Mr Pearce has had good 44 of the associations seminar held at
