Whose garbage is it lakefront owner asks By PETER DEPODESTA Examiner Staff Reporter Ken Oakley has lived on Kempenfelt Bay since the 1930s and this year hes disgusted and upset Wood and garbage from burn it Every year he said certain amount of refuse floats on his property but this year is worse than ever Its just disgusting he said Everyone is supposed to be so concerned about the en vironment
