Press blamed for private session at county council meeting Tuesday By JIM DALZIEL Examiner Staff Reporter MIDHURST The press is to blame Mara township Reeve Peter Forbes said Tuesday after Simcoe County council voted to go into private session Councils decision disap pointed elementary school children who had travelled 35 miles from Wasaga Beach and Victoria Harbour to see council in action It was at the presss request that the children were excluded from the meeting Reeve Forbes said during lunch break Council went into committeeofthewhole session shortly after 10 am to discuss 1976 budget city should not use the plows one year as an experi ment to save taxpayers money He said reaction from some people is not particular ly favorable Ald Ed Thompson said the $32000 figure is about $1 for
