BRERETON FIELD NATURALISTS CLUB NOTES Second Bird Census The Brerclou Field on Sunday Dec 28 Such con sus is made during the Christmas season throughout this continent and the results are forwarded to IhcAudubbu Society in New York City for publication The Ontario dederation of Naturalists is also planning to publish the results of the census taken by Ontario clubs this year Twelve members of the Brereton Club in five cars and two other members afoot spent 25 party hours searching for birds between the hours of am and pm on the census day 0116 hundred and seventy miles were covered by car and 16 miles on foot The dis tricts covered included Tollcndal Barrie Shanty Bay to 0m Beach Craighurst Anton Mills Minesing Midhursi Park Little Lake Col well Angus and Camp Borden Birds Identified The
