CPThe govern ment was asked Thursday to appoint tribunal that would be solely responsible tor assess ing amounts paid in compensa tion for expropriation The request was made by the select committee on land ex propriation appointed in 1960 by former premier Leslie Frost it presented its final report to the legislature today Interim reports were made during Jan iinry and December 1961 The committee suggested that the proposed tribunal should state reason or its decisions and that it be composed of enough qualified members to deal with problems quickly Another recommendation Is that any party to
