Longstaffe said if the city did not want to issue debentures for the $40000 gymnasiumand allpurpose room the matter could result in plebiscite The decision of the citys property owners would then go before the Ontario Municipal Board which would almost certainly comply with the plebiscite result he said He went on to say reason for proposing Prince of Wales addi tion was that this school was the
