It Subordinate Position OTTAWA CF new storm over the leadership or rangements at the New Party founding convention next week shaped up today with public criticism of party plans by four CCF members of Parliament The four car tips assailed New Party convention plans in press release that said CCF National Leader Hazen Argue is being officially and discoure teously relegated to subor dinate position New Party National Chairman Stanley Knowles said the CCF group is doing dlsfavor to Mr Argue who he said has participated in all national com mittee decisions on convention plans LEAVES OPENING But he left an opening for the CCF MP5 who support Mr Argue in the leadership battle against CCF Premier Douglas of Saskatchewan to raise their grievance on the convention floor Monday Out of their respect
