classes at school next year many of these youngtravelers will have considerable informa tlon to contribute Most families try to take too long trip for the time avail able and travel too far daily Speed and fatigue reduce safety and enjoyment FREQUENT STOPS Children from one to six may be kept happier if there are fre quent stops at places where they may safely run about for short while In family of several chil dren enjoyment may be less sened by boredom or quarrel ing Besides when two or more children often quarrel and fight in the car the driver may be diverted from safety measures Early on the trip such matters should be settled decisively even if the driver must pull off the road and apply some effec tive discipline Positive enjoyments among the children on the trip may be promoted by singing songs to gether expoundmg riddles or playing verbal games trying to see as many cars as possible for licence numbers in numeri nsur $115 MONTH FOR ONLY fame 8TIIE BARRIE EXAMINER
