without requiring license during the months of Mth April and May at any time during day or night Previously license was required which cost $1 for dip nets of more than three feet resident may also use icine net up to 30 feet by six feet for lhe taking oi smelt under the authority of midents license to take melts for personaluse Thb license is available from license issuers for fee of $1 The license permits the use and mauv antin possession oi one notaltth seven helperw may ample the license holder and silt lathe operation the net providing they are residents at Ontario This in accordance
