letter from the Toronto office containing the following information The blood transfusion service in Central Ontario Area is still at stand still Not enough hospitals have signed to make the operation of the service economically sound The Toronto hospital situation will have to clear up before the cost per bottle of blood collected is financially possible The Red Cross has undertaken to provide
