Mr. and Mrs. Cole were united in marriage on Dec. 8, 1914, by Rev. G. O. Fallis, of Yonge St. Methodist Church, Toronto. After making their home in Toronto for a. short time. they moved to Barrie, where they have resided for the past 21 years. Collingwood, Dec. 12.-Dec1aring that the Crown failed to produce enough evidence to warrant a. com viction, Magistrate Compton Jeffs dismissed the case against Walter Ayres, Gordon Batten, John Nobes and Percy Nobes, of Stayner, who were charged with the theft of four chickens. The four accused men were ar- rested by Provincial Constable J. A.
