He was command- ed to open the safe, he testied, but on informing the hold-up men that] he did not know the combination, they did not press further. He re- mained in the wash room where they told him to stay for about four minutes and then rushed` out and called the police. They were -Guilty ! That one word from the lips of Justice Dudley Holmes at six-fteen Tuesday evening, sent an electric shock throughout the County Court Roon1 and two men, John Ains- worth, of Orillia, and Mike Rodell, Toronto, wilted` in the prisoner's box as if struck with a whip. Peterkin, who had been a steady employee of the City Dairy for some years, gave himself up to the police after allegedly worrying over the rob- bery for some days, during which, he stated, he lost forty pounds in weight.
