She had been in poor health for the last three years, but had been able to attend to her household duties. Mrs. Livingston was born in Orb township 64 years ago, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Gardner, where she" lived till her marriage to Mr. Neil B. Livingston 44 years ago, when she went to live in Minesimg. Her husband died in 1906 and in 1913 Mrs. Livingston came to Bar- rie, where she has lived ever since. She was an ardent worker in the Baptist church both in Minesing and in Barrie. She is survived by one datrxliter, Mrs. Harold Kerfoot, in California, and six sons, Norman of Toronto, Frank, Will, Earl, Cecil and Morley, all in Barrie. Also four sis- ters, Mrs. Jos. Graham, Mannville, Alta.; Mrs. R. G. Addison, Torornto; Mrs. L. -Spooner, Dalston, Mrs. Pheobe Stewart, Dalston, and three brothers, George Gardner, McCor- mick, Wash.; Charles of Sutaluta, Sask., and S. T. Gardner of Barrie. Death claimed another represent.-a~ tive oflone of the oldest pioneer families of Simcoe in the person of Charles Albert Luck, who passed away early last Friday morning at the age of 82 years, after a year s illness. The late Mr. Luck was born at Crown Hill, the son of the late Edward and Jane Luck. Forty- three years ago he moved to Barrie and worked here till within a year of his demise.
