He had seen the room often lighted at night, and was told by others that `there was lfaht there often late at night Possibly that is where the leak is. He knew of no `reason why this room should be occupied It was stated that Mr Ardagh is not a paid em- ployee, further than a witness on the arbi- tration now in progress, and could not there- fore expect the town to give him a furnished oice. Reeve McLean thought the matter should he referreil to a committee. Coun- cillor Frawley aareed with the principle but in this particular case he thought the motion should be dealt with at once.
