Deceased was sensible up to the last moment. Her remains were brought here on Thursday evening, April 2nd, for interment, the funeral taking p ace on Sunday afternoon to the Union Cemetery. and was largely attended. The deceased lady was born at Aurora, New York State, in the year 1831. She had been a resident of Barrie for about 25 years, having moved from Bradford here. Two sons and one daughter are left to mourn the loss of an affectionate and lovong mother She was a kind, good neighbor and highly respected by all with whom she was;_acquaint- ed. The oral tributes from friends in Chicago were numerous and beautiful. One from Mrs. J. A Graham, formerly of Barrie. one from Mrs. Mayher and from. other inti- mate friends.
