Barrett, Collier St. The deceased had been in failing health for a number of years and being of a sweet and gentle disposition bore her sufferings very patiently. She was a member of the Altar Society and Sac- red Heart League of St. Mary s Church. Mrs. O'Reilly was born in Utopia 75 years ago, a daughter of the `late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith of Utopia. and was a resident of Mid- hurst most of her life. Her husband predeceased her some ve years and one son. Frank. twenty-one years ago. The surviving members are two daugh- ters. Mrs. George Ferguson and Mrs. P. Mr. Currie was in his sev- enty-fth year and was the son oi Alex. Currie and Mary Ferguson and followed the carpenter work until a- bout forty-two years ago when he was converted under the preaching of the Rev. Mr. McDonald at Clowes church. West Oro. He then went into the min- istry of the Baptist Church and held pastorates at Owen Sound. Leith. Strathavon, Lanark and Athens. For eight years he was pastor of the Mit- chell Square Baptist church where the funeral service was held on Wednes- day afternoon at. 2 o'clock. Interment took place at Knox cemetery and the Rev. A. T. Finlayson conducted the service and paid tribute to the Chris- tian life of the departed. Mr. Currie has gone but his life lives on.
