This was the fast- est and cleanest game witnessed so a far. The score was 9-8 in favor of the locals. The play was very even and excitement ran high as both goalies re- ceived quite a bombarding. Charles Lynch of Barrie was referee and hand- led the game very nicely. Although the play was close arid both teams working hard not one penalty was im- posed and the referee was impressed by the high-class hockey the boys play- ed.
