He had been in rather poor health for the past three years but re- cently had seemed much improved and felt unusually well on Friday. He was found dead in bed, death being due to heart trouble. I-Ie`was the son of the late Joseph and Selena Orchard and was born in Innisfil. Dec. 3. 1858. He was twice married. First to Eliza. Tracey. in 1882. who died in 1888. leav- lng three small childr n.
