Dropped Dead in Hay Field Death came to Jmes Sidney Bell on Monday, Aug. 3. with startling sud- denness, he dropping dead while pitch- ing hay on a load. A few hours pre- viously he had been speaking of how well he was feeling. Death was due to myocarditis. `Donn-:aaA' was: hnrn in Scotland on to myocarams. Deceased` was born in Scotland April 11, 1847, and came to Canada. as a young man, spending his whole life farming. I PETE CLARK SHOWS CLASS TO NORTH BAY OLD BOYS I Mr. and Mrs. P. T. Clark returned from North Bay on Saturday where they took part in the North Bay Old Home Week. Their daughter Miss Madge Clark and W. Smith of Tor- onto were also in the Bay for the big week. Mr. Clark is a North Bay old boy, and took an active part in con- test for 'old timers while away. Pete was captain of the winning team in the old boys baseball competition. The players were composed entirely of men who were on the teams which per- formed in the Bay between the years 1884 and 1910.
