of the rain during the night neigh bors tied a rope around a 100 gallon gasoline tank and tried desperately to drag it out of the fires path but jhe rope broke and they were driven back by the heat actions in connec tion with two motor collisions were heard before judge den ton in division court in stouff- ville on thursday morning l m newall trucker of toronto brought action against d c brown of ringwood claiming 514000 compensation for time lost following an accident which occurred sev eral months ago mr newall was represented by haynes thompson and rogers solici tors and mr brown by mc-
