occasion together now for some years with hen fruit at a stiff price according to the toronto dailies the egg and i are parting com pany and the sale is reported sharply down since housewives feel they cannot use them in the same proportion they have been accustomed to everything else is up of course yet when items like butter and eggs that are daily fare on the menu rise to present scale costsit is peihaps felt more keenly than the fact a suit of clothes once selling for 24 now costs 60 and 70 it is not just the same articles that one buys once a year may soar without much complaint but when articles that are in great consump tion show the same increase it does mean more produce dealers say eggs have reached the top so lets still enjoy our bacon and eggs for breakfast axnonunce
