international federation of agricultural producers in session at guelph public sessions of the ifaps third annual conference were com pleted at the ontario agricultural college last week they will re sume today june 9 when the vari ous committees report their recom mendations the conference will end june 11 india seeks aid throughout the preliminary ses sions delegates from 23 nations stressed the
