recovering from a very lame back we are glad to report that mrs maltby is much better although still confined to her bed rally day service was held in the church here on sunday afternoon with a fairly delegates reversed a decision taken by the urban section that the association do nothing to get tax exemptions for money paid to aldermen a resolution passed asks the municipal affairs department to allow municipalities to pay alder men and mayors one half their money as expenses so it wont be taxable a resolution asking the provin cial government to form immed iately a provincial municipal com
