carcass of a slaughtered horse into beach river in stanhope township an offense under the public health act the accused was convicted and paid a fine of 25 and s30 costs opp art watson of minden stat ed that on march 6th he received a call informing him that the carcass of a horse was in the beach river at the bridge the officer said that he instructed stanhope township reeve ben sawyer to have it
