on thursday evening january 2sth was well attended after a delicious supper served by the womens association the pastor rev i e kennedy took charge of the meeting and opened with a brief worship service the reports of the years work were then presented the session repoit showed a net in crease in membership the treasur ers report showed all accounts paid and a substantial balance in the bank who celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary last week because of weather conditions a large recep tion was not held mr pegg who is of united empire loyalist stock re tired some years ago from active
