the hos pital from his home in altona a few days prior to his death up to that time he had been cared for by his daughter who lives close by her de ceased fathers home mr burn- hams case was hopeless when ho entered the hospital born in oxbridge township on the fourth concession near the scott townline the deceased man lived all his life in that township 13 years of which he spent right in altona he married alice jane jones widow of the late robt scott and she pre deceased him is years ago mr burnham is survived by two daught ers 2 stepdaughters and one step son the daughters are mrs win audrows of brampton and mrs norman bunker of altona and the stepdaughters mrs william forsyth ot punnichy sask and mrs wm burnham of uxbridge village aiso the step son john scott of the 8th concession of pickering two brothers and three sisters also survive mr burnha tihey being richard burn ham of campbellford william of uxbridge mrs wixon madill of tor onto mrs wm tompkins of brand on man and mrs george lotton of uxbridge sir burnham was a man of power ful physique and weighed from 225 to 250 pounds and over g feet tall his services were eagerly sought by the farmers he was a man of quiet
