reeve hunter threatened to vote against his own motion because cr morrow claimed he had not had his questions on the comparative value of a mill on the old assessment and the new answered cr morrow stated he had un derstood 67 mills on the new assessment equalled 8285 on the old now i find out its clo ser to sixty which means a bigger tax jump than i thought cr ern hyde poured oil on the troubled waters saying he wished everything that was said in the last five minutes could be retracted finally at ten minutes after twelve the motion to prepare the bylaw setting the mill rate at 68 residential and 7515 in dustrial was passed with cr ric morrow still opposing dental office garages entered cash taken only a cash register and a smallamountofcashwere lis ted as missing after breakins at two car dealerships and a dentists office over the week end the cash register was taken from murray motors on moun- tainview rd and the cash from the office of dr m woiburgh in the halex
