smack in the middle of the city stayed in rome two nights very hot lots to see proceeded from rome camped near florence next night went sightseeing in florence then on to the leaning tower of pisa cn- tcredthe tint part of the riviera met some english people and i said how much i mlssod my tea later on in afternoon heard horn behind us it was the english peo ple with tea for mo camped by mediterranean sea and the next day crossed border in- 6 france sow famous monte carlo camped early by sea and went swimmllng next morning- stopped in fountainbleau and saw palscc arrived in paris underground lake camped near brussels stayed in brussels two nights then drove to ostcnd where we camped for the night we arose at 4 30 in order to get the ferry back to dover we had a very smooth crossing and 1 wasnt at all sick we made it a point to have a meal out in every country the germans only have dessert on bun- days 1 think 1 liked tho belgian food best everywhere we went people took
