provement association in lftgo sev eral hultnn farmers purchased graham plows and have utilized them on their respective farms it will be recalled that this is an implement which resembles a very heavy stlfltoothed cultivator more than anything else and which has received much publicity ns a result of the writings and addresses of louis bromfleld it is of course as yettoo soon to determine if the im plement has a plnce in halton county agriculture at n rec meeting of the halton crop im provement association is was rec ommended thai tests he laid down on several farms in the county whereby the work of the graham plow could be checked against that of the mouldboard blow such test would of necessity have to be con ducted for a period of ot least five years before any very definite data could be secured we anticipate that a start tn this connection will be made next fall if it material ises wo do kriow that the project will be followed with a great deal ol interest by many halton farmers farm operators inbalton areau- m thft extra flmt cbwnte ready interested but hesitate to in vest money in equipment which as yet has not beest proven under- hel ton and ontario soil conditions time that the provincial report will be available it is always unwise to get too enthusiastic ever nev varieties on the basis of one or two years testing but ltityd occur to us that in view of the crop meeting held on the hurren fsrtn many ot those who were prasent would be interests in learning which vsrls- ties stood at the top ipvxns tifj ibmmmiiistf3ieibiia now nels sfetoart v tell yau how
