refreshments were served by the hostess last wednesday evening a moth er and daughter banquet was held in the basement of tho presbyterian church sponsored by the young people of st johns church which was much enjoyed by those present following singing of grace before meat frances glbb proposed a toast to the king dorothy ewers then proposed a toast to the mothers members of the w a and friends present which wax responded to by mrs j h glbb and mrs frank dean full justice was done to the good things on the table provided by the young folks who deserve credit for the way they carried out in
