Peacefully on Tuesday, March 12th, 1996 at the Shelburne Retirement Residence in his 84th year to join his late wife Wilma Mino. Loving father to Norene and her husband Gordon Lorenz of Orangeville, Mavis and her husband Ron Dillman of Shelburne, Russell and his wife Peggy of Shelburne, Lawrence "Butch" and his wife Betty of Shelburne, Gail and her late husband Jim "Woody" Sherwin of Malton, and Carol and her husband Ted Galbraith of Malton. Devoted grandfather of 17 and great grandfather of 13. Sadly missed by his sister Margaret Barnes of Lindsay and by his brother Nelson and his wife Evelyn of Guelph. Predeceased by his brother George.
