Suddenly at Headwaters Health Care Centre on March 7, 1998, Anne Clarke (Wilson) in her 83rd year; beloved wife of the late Clarence (Clarkie) Clarke (1980); loving mother of Grant and his wife, Janice of Windsor and Don and his wife, Brenda of Orangeville; dear grandmother of Carrie, Andrea, Sarah and Spencer; fondly remembered by sister, Gladys Dearing and sister-in-law, Irene Wilson; predeceased by brother, Jack Wilson and brother-in-law Herman Dearing. Anne Wilson was born in Craik, Saskatchewan and was raised in Marsville, Ontario. In 1940 she married Clarence (Clarkie) Clarke on the Wilson family farm. She worked for many years at the Sears Order office. In 1991 she moved to the Avalon Care Centre. As well as being an ardent fisher, Mrs. Clarke enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Family was very important to her and she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed.
