Commissioner and Mrs. Ham have recently arriv d from their last appointment, which was as Territorial Commander for South America, which territory has progressed under his cap- able leadership. On Sunday afternoon, Novem- ber 7th, Commissioner Ham will be addressing acivic rally, when his topic wil be "An Army on theMarch" and all are invited to attend atthe Haileybury United Church at 3:00 p.m. to hear from aman who is so widely travelled.
