The debentures are to be dated the 15th day of December, 1988 and shall be payable in ten annual instalments of principal on the 15th day of December in each of the years 1989 to 1998, both inclusive, and shall bear interest payable semi-annually on June 15 and December 15 in each year. The debentures matur- ing in each of the years 1989 to 1993, both inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of 10% per cent per an- num and the debentures maturing in each of the years 1994 to 1998, both inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of 11 1/8 per cent per annum. The amount payable annually for principal and interest shall be in approx- imately equal amounts of about $223,400 for the years 1989 to 1993, both inclusive, and of about $217,405 for the years 1994 to 1998, both inclusive.
