In the semi final of the championship round, MSS met Orillia District Col- legiate and Vocational In- stitute defeating them 15-5, 12-15, and 15-7 to move on to the final against A pool winner Banting High of Alliston. In the first game of the set, the senior Marauders experienced some difficulties in most aspects of the game against the bigger Banting squad but persevered 17-15. In the second game, MSS fine tuned their passing-and set- ting, while relying on good serving to walk away with a 15-4 victory and the championship.
