Shawna Sickinger held Gravenhurst at bay for, most of the game in the Petra net making many fine saves. The 1-0 score for the Petras held up until the third period when Janice Holmes scored two goals to put the home team up by three, but with just 34 seconds left in the game, Gravenhurst captain Tam- mi Craig made a beautiful pass from the corner to Cathy McCausland in front of the net, and she put it by Sickinger to spoil the shutout. Assist in the game for the Petras went to Jane Derry with two, Mo McKinnon, Ruby Degenaar and Kim Widdes.
