Penetang takes Elmvale 4-0 Penetang Huronia Chrysler's Curt Glover fired a two hit, 4-0 shutout over Elmvale mets Sunday night in Simcoe Rural Fastball League action. The game was rescheduled from May 19. In going the distance for the victory, Glover allowed just two base hits, walked a pair and fanned 12. The "usual light hitting Huronia Chrysler, erupted for a total of nine hits on the contest off loser Tim Belcourt, who also fanned five Penetang batters. Penetang didn't get on the scoreboard until the sixth inning when they plated one run. Dave Robillard's two run double led to a three run seventy for the margin of victory. Al Gignac led Penetang batters at the plate with a three for four game. Not only was it slightly unusual for Penetang to amass nine hits, but it was just as unusual for the nor- mally stingy Belcourt to cough up that many base hits in a game.
