Miss Quilty led the field of 66 ladies from the district in capturing the trophy and retur- ning it to Midland for the 19th time in its 63 year history. First competed for in 1922 the Huronia District Trophy has been in competition annually, with the ex- ception of the war years, for lady golfers from the MHuronia District. Vasey batters amassed 15 hits enroute to a 13-3 anihilation of the Elmvale Expos. Vasey struck hard in the first inning with three runs on a walk, a hit batsman, and back to back doubles by Rick Nigro and Jim Beck.
