McKechnie of Mississauga to act as Mediator in the negotiations between the Secondary Teachers and the Trustees of the Simcoe County Board of Education. Professor McKechnie, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and in the Organizational Beha- viour and Industrial Relations area at York University. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Comm.) and he holds a PhD from. the University of Wisconsin.
