Students charged Two Midland Secondary School students were charged last Friday at the school with possession of a narcotic. James Courriere, of Seventh Street, Midland, and Patrick Abram, of Dorcas Avenue, Wyevale, both age 17, were charged by town police after a complaint was telephoned from the school to the town police. First level assault Robert Windross, 22, of 120 Robert St., East, Penetanguishene, has been charged with first level assault. The charge stems from an alleged incident last Friday at 4 p.m. in which it has been reported a 15-year-old girl was grabbed while walking in a field near Dunlop and _ Robert Street East. Hydro increase to be decided Customers of the Midland Public Utilities Commission can expect an increase in rates starting March 1, The amount of the increase is still the subject of discussion. '"'The Commission is going very thoroughly into it," PUC general manager Art Evans says. Ontario Hydro has told the Midland PUC that the PUC will be paying 8.2 per cent more for its hydro. Monday night's PUC meeting was the first for Allan Light, the replacement for Kevin Lyons, the former RCA employee who resigned after accepting a job in Ottawa.
