On Tuesday the Junior team played against Central and although a superhuman effort was made by all our team members, the final score was 50-21 in favour of the Central team. Roland Laurin was responsible for two touchdowns and two points. Mike Pilon also added a touchdown and Chris Lethbridge had a convert. All was not in vain, for the players showed great sportsmanship and the ex- perience will make them all that much more aggressive next year. We're proud of you guys! The Senior football team played against "i ODCVI on Wednesday. The game was a tense ESPSS NEWS It was a big fall for football do-or-die situation and, unfortunately, the result was a loss for the ESPSS team. i The team did have a successful season and they will be even better next year. Here's a friendly warning to all area football teams: Watch out for ESPSS next year! Last week's University / College visit was generally a great success. Everyone who participated seems to have enjoyed the ex- perience. This Friday is dress-up day in honour of Hallowe'en. The halls will be filled to capacity with various spooks, goblins, and ghosts. Perhaps the teachers should protect them- selves against the fiendish monsters with whips, chains, and crosses! Have you bought a box of oranges, grapefruits, or various cheese yet? If not remember that they're still available from any ESPSS student. They'll be more than happy to help anyone interested out. Well, only one more chance to buy this year's edition of the ESPSS yearbook. That chance will be only one day next week. Don't pass up all those memories! And finally, with the ending of the football season, it seems that the cheerleaders are temporarily out of work. Don't think too fast though! Chances are you'll see us at the Junior 'C' Kings hockey games in the near future. Come watch us cheer our guys on to victory! oe DEE TORK AY ' Tippett Office Services For the finest Sales & Services of TYPEWRITERS - CALCULATORS an CYUICce | y DON FLEMING CARPENTRY _ DJhamwtAet 1) mV « Specializing in @® MECHANICAL REPAIRS & TUNE-UPS TINNEY'S SEPTIC SERVICE ote - e Houses, e@ Aluminum For service, quality & convenience, drive in to...
