NN IS SO RT in ARTI RS! ee ica a aE Our curling season came to an end Satur- day April 10 with the Huronia Glass and Mirror Mixed Bonspiel. Twenty rinks curled two eight-end games. Winner of the spiel was Bill Scott's rink with Evelyn Scott, Steve Rothwell and Mary Rothwell. Mirrors were given as prizes by Nelson Cote, owner and operator of Huronia Glass & Mirror, who, I might add, did an excellent job of presenting. Following the prize-giving there was.a skate- out, dance and barbecue. Everyone had a good time and I'm sure there were some who had trouble making it to Easter Sunday church services the next morning. I won't name any names!
