The league now has 83 kids registered in the} three levels of play with another 20 registrations lined up for this week. Ken Cave, league organizer would like to keep the league to around the 100 registration mark, stating he doesn't want to go too large before they can institute some more organization. Al present, the biggest problem for the league is a lack of coaches and if you can help out there, call Cave at 525-4275. The league will also be looking for sponsors for the teams and that will involve a small amount of money as the sponsors will only have to pay for the sweaters. Moral victory for Bulls inlosing to Brock 22-10 Midland Bulls Rugby Club scored a "moral victory'? Saturday in Can- nington when they played the Brock Rugby squad but unfortunately came up on the short end of a 22-10 game. That was the lowest score Midland has ever lost to Brock by in the number of years they have played against them which goes to show the Bulls are definitely getting better. Midland Bulls' points were scored by forwards Rick LeRoux and John Lenio with Al MacDonald coverting Lenio's try for the extra two points. Also putting in good performances for the Bulls were Steve Josland and Richard Thomas with university students Steve Clarke and Kirk Swales also making an impressive showing. This was the Bulls' first league In fact, the game was even closer at 16-10 until the final play of the game when Brock scored a try and a con- version.
