During Daffodil Days, the Quota Club will be selling literally dozen of bunches of daffodils with proceeds being turned over to the societv. In all, an estimated 24.000 blooms, in bun- ches of 10, are to be sold during the early phase of the month-long campaign during the Cancer Society's Month of Hope. Terry Fox chose the Canadian Back from Australia Cancer Society to sponsor his run because he was impressed by the work of the Society when he _ initially became a_-- cancer patient. Terry wanted the money he raised to be over and above our normal Campaign funds. Why can't you use Terry's money for vour regular programs and forget about having a campaign this year? A The Canadian Cancer Society is very careful to follow Terry's request that the ""Marathon of Hope" funds be kept separate from all other funds and be used for cancer research, Terry's sacrifice would be lost if you substitute his ef- Guest speaker next Wednesday at the Midland and District Rotary Club will be Mike Odesse, recently returned from a Rotary Club-sponsored visit to Australia.
