At a meeting of the MMBA Wednesday, Wencker said all-star coaches met to discuss the five teams entered in the YSBA this year and he said chances are good that both teams would be filled. "We decided to go with a bantam B team (as well as the A team) because of the number of players we had out last year. Most of them happened to be of an age where they would: be returning this year and we had a number of peewees who turn out, there should be enough to, have a B team." Wecker said the MMBA was anxious to provide teams for bantam players because at that age (14-15) they would not be eligible for house league play. "Tf they don't make bantams there's no place for them to play and the league want's to give them the opportunity if the interest is there." The MMBA is sstill looking for coaches and managers for all-star teams; at present there is no manager for the midget team and no coach for the tykes. There has been no appointments made for the bantam B team until it is determined whether there will be one. Wencker said _ the decision whether or not to field the second team must be made soon in Fanfare 330F PA Capability 40 Channel Courier CB $89.95 Phase Lock Loop Circuitry Built-In Automatic Noise Limiter Illuminated S/ RF Meter IIluminated Channel Selector Knob Adjustable Squeich Control Acoustically-Designed Microphone THE TV MAN Yonge St. W., off Hwy. 27, Balm Beach Rd., Midland 526-4652 | only featuring HURONIA PLAYERS PRESENT Beethoven's Fifth Symphony and Grieg's Concerto in A Minor guest pianist Desmond Maley Sat., May 6, 1978, 8:30 Central Collegiate, Barrie Tickets $4.00 Adults; 2.00 Seniors &Students Available at door.
