Pee Wees ae too sharp against Meaford French Dry Cleaners Minor Pee Wees took a close 4-3 win from Meaford Sunday, in ~ Georgian Bay Minor Hockey play in Wasaga Beach. Midland took an early lead on a goal by Michael Magloughlin from Billy Kennedy and the same line scored early in the second period with Alan Reid scoring the goal and Kennedy and Magloughlin assisting. Steven Brown scored for Meaford before the end of the period to make it 2-1 for Midland. In the third period, Owen Quilty and Tom Hook scored a goal each to-give Midland a three goal lead before Meaford came back with two goals to make it 4-3. Assists on the two Midland goals went to Jimmy Edgar, and Jason Baguley. Darren Morrison played goal for Midland.
