The By-law shall apply to all lands within the limits of the Corporation of the Village of Port McNicoll, which lands are divided into zones which will be designated either residential, commercial, industrial open space, public service or excempted forms. There is no present zoning for any land within the Corporation of the Village of Port McNicoll and By-law Number 533 when approved by the Ontario Municipal Board will bring about the first zoning of your land.
