Former Beausoleil island warden Well known local resident George Lynn dies in Penetanguishene Well-known local resident George Lynn passed away at ihe Hospital on Wednesday, February 2, 1977. Mr. Lynn was in his 86th year. George Lynn was born in Sunnidale Corners but grew up on the shores of Georgian Bay, a factor may have con- that tributed to his affinity with the Georgian Bay wilderness. He served overseas in the first world war but returned to farm the land and later to work as the first warden of Beausolei Arthur Copegog, 20, passes away on weekend The death occurrea suddenly on Sunday, February 6, 1977 of Arthur Thomas Copegog, J: Beauchamp Mr. John Laval Beauchamp of Waverley died suddenly at his home on January 25, 1977. Mr. Beauchamp was 41 years old beloved son ot Annie _ Hinkel and the late Frank Copegog and stepson of Gunther Hinkel of 347 Third St., Midland, in his 20th year. Mr. Copegog is sur- vived by brothers Cple-aeresn ce of Waubaushene, Duncan of Honey Harbour, Gordon of Winnipeg, Manitoba and by sisters Donna (Mrs. Michael Bush) of Honey Harbour, Judy (Mrs. George Woodley) of Niagara Falls, N.Y., Carol (Mrs. Neil Grant)- of Midland, and by John, Clark, Billy and Allan, all at home. George Lynn is lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters Elizabeth of Port Arthur and Mabel, of Collingwood. Funeral services were held at the James H. Lynn Funeral Home, Midland, the Rev. Sid Maddock officiating at a memorial mass. Cremation at the Riverside Crematorium.
