Elise De Villers presented the Charter to President Joan * Roszmann at an executive meeting held in the Board Room of Midland Secondary School. The Big _Sister's Association was a joint venture sparked by the Quota Club and the Huronia Social Planning Council. The first meeting was held on June 13, 1975. It was decided the group woéuld service the Tiny Tay, Flos and Medonte areas of Simcoe County.
