Canada Pension A few answers 1. Q. I have recently moved. How do I notify the Canada Pension of a change of address? A. Notification can be submitted by use of regular post office change of address forms or by letter, addressed to the Canada Pension Plan, of National Health and Welfare, Otgawa, Ontario K1A 011. Please make sure you gif$e your old address, your new address, as well e social insurance number under which your benefit | is being paid.
